In 2022, our team at Metro Property Services completed the roofing and painting services for the Enterprise Park property in Jacksonville, FL.
Commonwealth Commercial contracted our team at Metro as the commercial contractor. Commonwealth Commercial is a vertically-integrated services firm purposeful about delivering value to the commercial real estate industry.
For the roofing portion of this project, our roofing division, led by Carl, recovered the roof with 60mil TPO.
For the painting portion of this project, our scope consisted of pressure-washing around the property and painting the front entrance canopies, ceilings, and entry doors.
