Metro’s Waterproofing Team recently completed an entire building expansion joint repair at Building 100 of Center Point Office Suites in Jacksonville, FL. The project took three days to complete.
The technicians walked the property and inspected all of the expansion joints at Building 100. Once completed, they color matched the new sealant, removed the failed sealant, inserted backer rod, and installed urethane sealant in all joints.
