Metro Property Services was contracted to install a series of roofs at the new restaurant hotspot in Jacksonville Beach, known as ABBQ.
With a crew of 6, it took nearly 4 months to complete three new roof installations. One roof was a 63 square Firestone 60 mil TPO roof. The second roof, was a 30 square Johns Manville PVC roof. The last roof was a very small metal roof.
At project completion, we presented the owner with a 15-Year Firestone Red Shield Warranty for the TPO roof and 20-Year Johns Manville Peak Advantage Guarantee for the PVC roof.
