John Moore, the President of Metro Property, believes his employees make the difference and are key to the success of realizing the company’s vision.

Metro Property Services invests in its employees by providing training and equipment to ensure they have a professional, quality workforce for their customers and building tenants.

Following a rigorous background screening including a drug test, employees attend an orientation to complete paperwork and participate in safety training. Additional safety training is provided throughout the year for topics such as fall protection, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, bucket truck safety, ariel and boom lifts, and toolbox talks.

Employees are provided with uniforms, hats, safety gear, and other equipment so they can be easily identified in customer buildings and on all job sites.
