As a building envelope specialist, Metro Property Services offers roofing, painting, and waterproofing services for commercial building maintenance. We are uniquely positioned to help property managers and building owners manage their building’s entire skin and handle most any maintenance problems a building could face.
Some jobs require two of our divisions to work together to complete the project. For instance, our Roofing Division recently finished a large re-roof job for a local property management company and there were metal components including gutters, downspouts, and coping that needed to be painted. The Roofing Division hired the Painting Division to get it done!
