In early 2019, Metro’s commercial roofing team started working on a 209,000 square foot roofing project at Gateway Village near Town Center. The team installed two separate GAF 60 mil TPO roofs. The smaller roof was 100,000 square feet and the larger roof was 109,000 square feet. The entire project took approximately 6 months to complete.
Additionally this project received a Perfect 10 Installation score from GAF.
