Given the extent
water damage can cause to buildings and properties, our waterproofers are skilled in leak detection, repair, and prevention.
We understand that one small leak can easily turn into a deluge, so it is imperative
to waterproof as a preventative measure and to stop any existing water intrusion. We
are experts in every respect, including caulking joints and windows, applying coatings to masonry walls and decks, installing
cap flashing and coping, and repairing cracks in stucco and EIFS walls. We even waterproof the penetrations often left in
parapet walls by sign installers, electricians, and other technicians. From
caulking to specialty coatings application and stucco repairs, we fix the problem at its source and find solutions

Sammy is a Jacksonville native who has dedicated his career to developing expertise in all areas of waterproofing.
He started his career with the country’s largest waterproofing company (Western Waterproofing), working all over the
state of Florida while being promoted into positions of increasing responsibility. He has experience with high-rise structures
and below-grade waterproofing, and all varieties of coatings and processes. Sammy joined Metro Property Services in
1995 to work in the Roofing Division and later moved into Waterproofing Sales in 2002. His strengths lie in his experience
and vast knowledge in roofing systems and waterproofing techniques, as well as in finding and training the best talent to
represent Metro Property Services.
In his spare time, Sammy enjoys fishing and hunting.
