Clients find great peace of mind in knowing that Metro Property Services is a licensed roofing contractor with experience in repair and replacement of various roof systems including tile, metal, and shingle for flat and pitched roofs.

First, we diagnose the leak to determine its source. Then, we submit an estimate with digital photographs of the problem areas and our recommended a course of action.

As soon as the estimate is approved, we begin work, recognizing that time is of the essence. Once the job is completed and invoiced, clients will again receive digital photographs of the finished work.

Orion Gallant
Roofing Division Manager

Orion got his start in roofing in Ocala, where he spent high school summer vacations working on residential and commercial roofing projects. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Elementary Education, he taught for a few years before returning to roofing in south Florida, then in Orlando.

He joined Metro Property Services in 2002 and has been instrumental in expanding the Company’s knowledge base in the latest in roofing technology and techniques. Orion leads a team of roofing professionals who are able handle everything from small roof repairs to total roof replacements.

Orion enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
