Painting Division
Our Painting Division
is staffed with professional painters who have numerous years of experience on projects ranging in size from single apartments
to residential properties to large, multi-story commercial buildings.
Before the first drop of paint goes on,
we meticulously prepare every surface that needs attention. Joints are caulked. Drywall is repaired and textured, if desired,
and exteriors are thoroughly pressure cleaned. We are just as detailed when applying specialty paints, such as two-part epoxies
or elastomeric coatings.

Jay Coverdale

Jay was born in
Indiana and has spent the majority of his life in Jacksonville. He started his career in roofing, moved into carpentry, and
then started his own painting company.
Jay officially joined Metro
Property Services in 2006, after having worked as a subcontractor for 7 years. Jay agreed to join Metro Property Services
as the Painting Division Manager because he knew the firm’s reputation and commitment to producing high-quality results
and their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.
He and his team are committed to professionalism
in all aspects of their work. Furthermore, they understand the clients’ unique needs including the importance of continued
operations while working on clients’ sites.
When Jay is not meeting with customers or leading his crew, Jay
enjoys spending time with his family and his unique hobby…reptiles.
