Q1: How can Metro Property Services handle such a variety of maintenance work for property managers?


A1: First, we hire professionals who have hands-on experience, solid skills, and knowledge in roofing, waterproofing, painting, and/or construction techniques and materials so that our staff is able to complete each project without the need for subcontracting. Second, we encourage our employees to continue education in their trade. Third, we have organized our work into four key divisions – Roofing, Waterproofing, Painting, and Construction – and staffed each division with experienced leadership to ensure our ability to deliver a range of services.


Q2: I do not know whether my problem is a roofing problem or a waterproofing issue. Who should I call?


A2: Simply call 904-399-1020. You will be directed to the appropriate division manager who will assess your issue and make recommendations.


Q3: What are the typical sizes of the jobs that you do?


A3: With many years of experience in both commercial and residential projects, our highly trained and knowledgeable staff, and our state-of-the-art equipment, there is no limit to the size and scope of work we can perform. For roofing projects, we can do anything from small repairs to a 60000 square foot total roof replacement. For waterproofing projects, we can fix a window leak to re-caulk a multi-story building, and everything in between. For painting projects, we can paint an interior tenant space or paint a multi-story building exterior. For construction and tenant improvement, we can handle a window replacement to a 10,000 square foot tenant renovation.


Q4: How can I be sure that the people you send to my property are qualified to do the work?


A4: Metro Property Services only uses the most qualified team members to handle all of your roofing, waterproofing, painting, and construction needs.
