Our Painting Division
is staffed with professional painters who have numerous years of experience on projects ranging in size from single apartments
to residential properties to large, multi-story commercial buildings.
Before the first drop of paint goes on,
we meticulously prepare every surface that needs attention. Joints are caulked. Drywall is repaired and textured, if desired,
and exteriors are thoroughly pressure cleaned. We are just as detailed when applying specialty paints, such as two-part epoxies
or elastomeric coatings.

Kyle has been
in the painting industry for more than 18 years. Before joining Metro Property Services, Kyle was self employed and provided
paint services to many commercial clients here in Jacksonville. Kyle has painted
everything from 5 million dollar custom homes, business offices, high rise condos, and multi-story buildings. With Kyle’s
knowledge, expertise and superior customer service skills, he and his team are committed to professionalism in all aspects
of their work.
When Kyle isn't working,
he likes to spend time with his family and watch football.
