company servicing the local Jacksonville area, has evolved into a full-service maintenance and repair firm that works closely

PAINTING - Our team of highly skilled painters is able to prep and paint everything from small offices
and apartments to multi-story building exteriors.
WATERPROOFING - Given the extent water damage
can cause to property, our staff is skilled in leak detection, repair and prevention. From caulking to specialty coatings
application and stucco repairs, we fix the problem at its source and find solutions to mitigate the chances of leaks
happening again.

John Moore
President
John joined the company that is now Metro Property Services in 1995 and became a partner in 1998. With a
degree in Business Management from Florida State University, John worked in financial analysis (Charter Company), construction
(Ray Distributing Company), and commercial real estate development (York Air) throughout Florida and in Georgia before returning
to Jacksonville in 1995.
With Metro Property Services, John has grown what was once a roofing specialty company into a full-service commercial property
maintenance enterprise. John focuses on business development, sales and marketing and holds the Company's roofing license.
Away from work, John likes to sail, golf and travel.
Dan Davis
Owner
Dan joined Metro Property Services as a partner in 2002. He is a Florida native and graduate of Florida
State University with a degree in business. Dan started his career in south Florida in tenant improvement and renovation.
Through the 1990's, he moved from managing small renovation projects to coordinating more sophisticated renovations and eventually
owned and operated a high-end custom homebuilding business.
Dan took advantage of the opportunity to bring his project management skills to Metro Property Services in 2002 and since
then, has been engaged in developing the Company's four-division structure, as well as using his skills in estimating, and
labor management to their best advantage.
Away from the office, Dan likes to golf, travel and snow ski.
